Shipping policy

My Splash Pad will ship to any physical address in the US. My Splash Pad will not ship to PO Boxes. (My Splash Pad will ship outside of the US at an additional cost from what appears at shop.myportablesplashpad.com. Orders to ship outside the US must be called in to My Splash Pad and can not be completed online.)

Each shipment requires signature confirmation therefore, timely delivery requires that customers make themselves available for its reception. If a customer is not there to receive the delivery, the carrier will charge an additional fee to deliver again; therefore, the customer is responsible to pay the additional fee.

While My Splash Pad strives to maintain its 3-5 day average time-to-ship, we make no guarantees and will accept no liability nor honor any claim towards ruminative action stemming from a longer than average time-to-ship. (Time-to-ship refers to the time period between the order placement and the handing of the product over to the carrier for transport.)

Due to the size of our products, My Splash Pad uses a truck carrier for most of the shipping. When possible, My Splash Pad will ship smaller features UPS. Depending on the distance between the destination and our facility, shipping can take up to one week.

All build and ship times are counted in business days only and correspond with those of our truck carrier. My Splash Pad honors all holidays honored by our truck carrier and follows a M-F work week.

For orders accurately placed at shop.myportablesplashpad.com, My Splash Pad guarantees the shipping cost(s) displayed at the time of purchase.
